Starting running when you do not feel like a runner

You do not need to arrive with speed, confidence or a running identity. A good beginner experience starts with where you are today and gives you manageable steps, people beside you and room to progress gradually.

Walk–jog is a real beginning

Alternating walking and running helps you learn the rhythm without pressure to keep going continuously. Supportive leaders can explain each session, help you judge the effort and make sure nobody feels left behind.

Support beyond an app

An app can tell you when to run or walk. A friendly group adds encouragement, accountability and other people at a similar stage. A trial gives you time to discover whether that shared experience helps you feel more confident about continuing.

Continue your journey

Start running with support.
